Upgrades
Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner.
Click on Settings.
Select the Billing & Invoices category
Click the Change button located next to your current plan details.
Select your new plan tier. The unused value of your base subscription will be automatically deducted from the new total.
Click Confirm to complete the upgrade.
Downgrades
From an Annual Plan to a Monthly Plan:
Because annual plans are paid in advance, you must wait until the end of your current annual billing cycle for the change to take effect. You can select and pay for the monthly plan ahead of time; it will remain pending and activate automatically on your next renewal date.
From Pro to Basic:
This change requires manual adjustment. Please contact customer support ([email protected]) to process your request.
