What types of information are collected?

Flim collects two separate categories of data to manage your account:

  1. Personal Information: Identifiable data that you provide voluntarily, such as your full name and email address, when creating an account or subscribing to promotional communications.

  2. Usage Data: Anonymous technical information recorded automatically during your visit, including your IP address, device identifier, web browser type, referral URLs, pages visited, and visual assets viewed.

How is your information shared with third parties?

Flim handles your data securely and restricts access to internal staff. Your information may be processed by trusted technical partners located within the European Economic Area to perform essential services on behalf of Flim, such as software development, transaction processing, secure data hosting, or automated marketing deliveries.

Flim will never sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties for independent commercial marketing. Data may be disclosed to administrative or judicial authorities only when mandated by French or European legal obligations, or to protect the safety, platform integrity, and property rights of Flim.

How are cookies utilized on the platform?

Flim uses cookies, JavaScript, and digital tracking technologies to assign your device a unique identifier. These tracking tokens allow the platform to remember your active session, store your configuration preferences, monitor search trends, and streamline your login process so you do not have to re-enter data. You can configure your internet browser to block or delete cookies, though doing so may disable specific interactive features on the website.

What is the policy regarding minors?

Flim does not knowingly collect or solicit personal data from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you are prohibited from transmitting any personal information, including your name, address, or email address. If the platform identifies that data from a minor under 13 has been recorded without verified parental consent, it will be deleted immediately from the database. Parents or guardians can flag unauthorized registrations by emailing [email protected].

How can you opt out of promotional marketing?

You can deactivate your subscription to the newsletter or promotional emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link embedded at the bottom of any marketing communication. Alternatively, you can request an manual opt-out by emailing [email protected] with "Opt Out" in the subject line. Deactivating marketing communications will not block critical transaction receipts, invoice confirmations, or security alerts tied directly to your active plan.
