Flim provides dedicated, free access to its platform for students and teachers through the campus program. This access allows you to explore the database and collect visual references for your educational projects.
How to apply for academic access
To activate your free academic account, you must verify your status by completing the official verification form.
Go to campus.flim.ai to open the Campus Form.
Select your status, choosing between Student or Teacher.
Enter your personal information:
First name and last name
Country
Provide your academic details:
School name
Official school email address
School website
Field of study or subject taught
Upload your supporting academic document.
Document requirements
Flim only accepts official academic documents that meet the following verification criteria:
The document must be issued within the current or upcoming academic year.
The text must be clearly readable and of good visual quality.
It must be an official document, such as an enrollment certificate or faculty ID. Screenshots or regular photos are not accepted.
The information on the document must exactly match the details entered in the form.
Supported file formats include PDF, JPG, and PNG, with a maximum file size of 10 MB.
After submitting your request
Once you submit the form, a confirmation screen will display your unique verification reference number. The verification process follows these steps:
Flim reviews your submitted academic documents.
The review process typically takes one to two business days.
Once your request is approved, an invitation link is sent automatically to your school email address to activate your account.
